Working Description: Vega has a very strong hunt drive. Constantly hunting squirrels, chipmunks, mice, birds and porcupines. She has a high energy level. Easily excited when herding/gathering turkeys, meat chickens and sheep, requires supervision, but is very obedient. Loves children. Loves visitors. Vega is a sensitive dog. Loves to be busy working. I would consider her hunting and guarding drive much higher than her herding, but she does a fine job herding with supervision.
